Andrew Russell

Andrew Russell is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and corporate communications. As the Sr. Director of Corporate Communications at Charter Communications since May 2016, Andrew leads strategic PR initiatives for various business units, including Residential Marketing and Spectrum Reach. Previously, as Director of External Communications for Charter's Northeast Region, Andrew managed media relations for a service area with over 3 million customers. Andrew's tenure at Time Warner Cable included roles as Sr. Director of Editorial Services, where award-winning content was produced, and as Manager of Communications, focusing on media relations and crisis communications. Prior to that, Andrew served as Communications Manager for the Alliance for Climate Protection and held various editorial positions at The Portland Press Herald, where significant journalistic contributions were made. Andrew's career began at the Salem Evening News as a Staff Reporter. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Norwich University.
