Dan Barker has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Charter Communications since April 2006. In this role, Dan ensures client satisfaction and drives growth by managing fiber and complex coaxial installations, utilizing in-depth knowledge of service delivery processes to complete installations efficiently and within budget. Prior to this, Dan worked as a Construction Supervisor at Charter Communications, overseeing a team of six Construction Coordinators on various projects. Dan's career began as a General Manager at Brubakers Pub from February 2003 to May 2006. Dan holds a certificate in voice fiber testing and activation as well as voice and data networking from Jones NCTI.
