Marissa Moretti-Lambrinos

Marissa Moretti-Lambrinos is the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Charter Communications. Marissa has over fifteen years of experience in corporate communications and change management.

Marissa started their career at GE Capital in 2005 as the Global Communications Leader for GE Capital Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the communications strategy for the launch of the new GE Capital.

In 2009, Marissa was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Communications for GE Capital, Americas. In this role, they oversaw all employee and customer communications during the sale of GE Capital businesses to CapitalOne, Wells Fargo, Bank of Montreal, CPP Investment Board, and regional banks.

Most recently, Marissa served as the Head of Internal Communications for GE Capital from September 2015 to December 2017. In this role, they developed and executed a global, multi-tiered employee engagement and communications strategy through the change and transition of 40,000 employees.

Marissa has a proven track record of effectively communicating through times of change and transition. Marissa is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of how to engage and motivate employees. Marissa is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and they are passionate about making sure everyone feels valued and heard.

Marissa Moretti-Lambrinos has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

They work with Chris Gehrke - Director, Human Resources, Angela Pehrson - Director, Human Resources, and George Burris - Director, HR Analytics. Marissa Moretti-Lambrinos reports to Olga Lozada, VP, Benefits.
