Rachael Martin

Rachael Martin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in network operations, currently serving as Vice President of Network Operations at Charter Communications since August 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic projects for AI Ops and Machine Learning platforms, managing critical applications, and leading a team of approximately 300 employees in the Austin Network Operation Center to enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at Comcast Cable from October 2004 to August 2016, holding various positions including Director of XOC Process, Compliance, and Operations Support Systems, where leadership of a team focused on operational productivity was key, and as a Training and Development Professional, responsible for creating educational materials and coordinating training events. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Emergency Management and a B.A. in Business Management, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as an A.A. in General Studies from the Community Colleges of Baltimore County.
