Rhonda Nesmith Crichlow

Rhonda Nesmith Crichlow is the SVP, Chief Diversity Officer at Charter Communications. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience in the field of diversity and inclusion.

Rhonda started their career at Miller & Chevalier, where they represented corporate and tax-exempt clients with respect to tax controversy and business planning matters. Rhonda then spent 10 years at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, where they served as Vice President and Head of US Diversity & Inclusion and President of the Novartis US Foundation. In their role at Novartis, Rhonda was responsible for leading the company's efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

In their current role at Charter Communications, Rhonda is responsible for leading the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Rhonda is also a member of the Charter Communications Diversity & Inclusion Council.

Rhonda Nesmith Crichlow attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where they received their JD. Rhonda then attended Duke University, where they received their MPPS in public policy. Finally, they attended The George Washington University, where they received their BA in psychology and sociology.
