Scott Lowery

Scott Lowery is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations. Currently serving as the GVP of ISP Operations at Charter Communications since January 2013, Scott has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Core IP & Backbone Operations and Vice President of ISP Operations. Prior to this, Scott worked at Cisco Systems as a Network Consulting Engineer and spent over a decade at Charter Communications in various engineering positions. Scott's early career includes roles at TCI Cablevision, where responsibilities ranged from install and service technician to chief engineer for HFC networks. Scott holds a Master Technician degree in Telecommunications Technology from NCTI and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
