Tom Nappier has extensive experience in customer operations and project management, notably serving as Manager of Knowledge Content and Service Manager within Customer Operations Learning & Development at Charter Communications. Prior roles include Software Engineering Team Lead/Application Project Manager at Amdocs and various positions at AT&T, including Sr Technical Team Lead and Area Manager for Project Management. Tom Nappier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and graduated from Christian Brothers College High School.
