Vikram Nangia is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer operations and finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Charter Communications since August 2017, Vikram is responsible for digital customer service initiatives and development of customer-facing capabilities. Prior to this role, Vikram held the position of Executive Vice President of Customer Service at American Express from 2001 to 2017, leading global teams in customer service and digital tools development. Experience also includes roles as Vice President of Finance at American Express and Director of Business Development at Philip Morris, where Vikram contributed to M&A activities. Earlier career experience includes over a decade at Kraft Foods, progressing to Director of Finance for Kraft International. Vikram holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, as well as bachelor's and master's degrees in Economics from Delhi University and Stony Brook University, respectively.
