Eva Urcia is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Team Lead - Talent Acquisition and Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Spectrum Health Care since November 2021, Eva has demonstrated leadership and expertise in recruiting top talent. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at The Andresons Group, Inc. and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Northern Telecom (Philippines). Eva began a career in human resources at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a Training and Recruitment Unit Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resources Management from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas.
