Teresa Rocha

Teresa Rocha, CCP has a diverse background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 1997 at ING DIRECT as a Human Resources Generalist, they then moved on to AIM Trimark Investments as a Senior Human Resources Specialist. In 2002, they became a Human Resources Business Partner at Alias|Wavefront, followed by a role as Director of Human Resources at Transcontinental Interactive. At MediaCom Canada, Teresa held the positions of Director of HR & Talent, Canada and Head of HR & Culture Canada. Most recently, they are the Director of People and Culture at Spectrum Health Care (SHC). Throughout their career, Teresa has consistently demonstrated their expertise in managing and developing HR strategies and building strong cultures within organizations.

Teresa Rocha, CCP, holds a B.A. in Specialized Honours in Psychology from York University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Humber College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Behaviour Analyst and Certified Team Development Coach from Thomas International - Behavioral Profile Management Systems, a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, and a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Morneau Shepell.
