Michelle Szemanski is an experienced professional in training development and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Training Development Manager at Spectrum Communications & Consulting, Inc., Michelle co-designs and implements training programs for new team members in the Client Services department. Previously, as a Digital Marketing Account Manager at the same company, responsibilities included designing SEO/SEM strategies, client consultations, and managing a team to enhance website performance. Michelle has also held positions as a Marketing Consultant at Mindmatrix, a Marketing Assistant at Premier Automation, and a PR Freelancer and Intern.
