Brittany Holguin is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Training & Development Manager at Bank of Hope since April 2025, Brittany previously held the position of Learning & Organizational Development Director at Firefighters First Credit Union, where significant reforms in remote training and employee development initiatives were implemented. Prior to that, Brittany was the Learning & Development Director at Western Office, focusing on e-learning curriculum development and merger integration strategies. Experience also includes conducting nationwide seminars as a Learning Facilitator & Sales Consultant at Collegiate Empowerment Company Inc., and managing a significant asset-based loan portfolio as a Senior Associate Underwriter at Silicon Valley Bank. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from NEOMA Business School.
