Anne Shields currently serves as the Director of the Center for Learning and Writing at Bard High School Early College and as a Professional Learning Facilitator at SPED Strategies. Additionally, Anne is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology at Hunter College, teaching courses on educational psychology, learning theories, and motivation. Prior to these roles, Anne held various positions at Relay Graduate School of Education, Uncommon Schools, and Teach For America, gaining significant experience in curriculum design and instructional leadership. Anne's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from Johns Hopkins University, a Master’s Degree from Relay Graduate School of Education, and a degree in Urban Studies with a focus on Creative Writing from Stanford University.
