Deepika Dave

Deepika Dave has over 20 years of work experience. Deepika began their career in 2000 as an Accounts Assistant at CHEMICAL PROCESS EQUIPMENTS PrivateLimited, where they reconciled Bank statements, identified discrepancies, entered financial transactions into internal database, worked with Ledgers, Journals & other books of accounts, and recorded & filled cash transactions in tally. In 2007, they took on the role of Event Manager at Pinnacle Events and Promotions, where they pre-event organized & set-up, assisted in planning an event from start to finish according to requirements, and coordinated all operations. In 2010, they moved to EdMission Education Services Pvt Ltd as a Project Manager, where they handled a team of Freelancers and in house content creators, lead the initiation & planning of projects and ensured creation feasibility, and ensured resource availability and allocation. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as Operations & Admin Head at NELTAS, where they ensured Day to Day Operations function smoothly, managed vendor relations, planned Staff Development & Hiring, designed policies & strategies with Senior Management, handled multiple projects and served clients (schools) as per their requirement, and ensured cross-functional coordination for smooth functioning of the system. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Academic Coordinator at IEIBS Akademia, where they managed & took overall responsibility to run the academic program, prepared & maintained student records according to University Guidelines & Regulations, handled administrative duties such as scheduling lectures for faculty & students, availability of infrastructure, etc., and managed Academic Operations Milestone (PGDM/MMS) Programs. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Academic Coordinator at Kohinoor Business School, Mumbai, where they managed & took overall responsibility to run the academic program, prepared & maintained student records according to University Guidelines & Regulations, handled administrative duties such as scheduling lectures for faculty & students, availability of infrastructure, etc., and managed Academic Operations Milestone (PGDM/MMS) Programs. Currently, they are the Operations Lead at SpEd@home.

Deepika Dave began their education journey in 1998, when they earned their Secondary School Certificate from Swami Vivekanand High School. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Vivekanad Education Society in Chembur, where they earned their B'Com in Commerce. In 2007, they earned their Diploma of Education in Finance from The ICFAI University in Dehradun. No additional certifications have been reported.
