Karina Agababian has a diverse work experience. Karina started their career in 2007 as the President/Founder of First Choice Hire. In 2013, they worked as a Project Manager/Office Manager at Sandler Training and as a Project Manager at Follett Software. In 2014, they took on the role of Director of Operations and Customer Service at SpeechTrans Inc, where they developed a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and pain points, ensured customer feedback was captured and conveyed, and served as an escalation point for customer issues. Karina also worked as an oDesk Freelancer and Project Manager/Operations Manager/CRM at iPromo LLC.
