Natalie Lifer

Natalie Lifer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, business development, and project management. Currently serving as an Associate Delivery/Operations Manager and previously as an HR/Recruiting Associate at Speed and Function since September 2020, Natalie has also held the position of IT Business Development Manager at Staff Ukraine, where responsibilities included developing partner relationships and identifying new market opportunities. Prior to that, as Project Development Manager at LAUNDRY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LIMITED, Natalie led the establishment of a new business direction and improved internal production processes. As the founder of TM HORSEHOUSE and a psychologist and workshop leader from 2012 to 2015, Natalie contributed significantly to psychological education and community support. Academically, Natalie holds a Master's degree from Cherkasy State University and another Master's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Cherkasy Engineering and Technological Institute.
