Mario Bispo is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in support and field engineering within the maritime and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Service Desk Engineer at Speedcast since January 2017, Mario assists the CSC Supervisor with escalated incidents, conducts engineering and operational changes, and resolves incident tickets while embodying the company's values. Previously, Mario held various roles at Speedcast and other organizations, including Field Services Engineer and Telecom support Team Leader at Sonangol Starfish Oil & Gas. With extensive expertise in VSAT systems, installation, troubleshooting, and technical support, Mario has built a robust career that began with military training as a Telegraphy Operator in the Brazilian Navy. Education includes an Industrial Electronics Technician degree and a Military Technical Degree in Electronics/Telecom.
