Sherak Adam

Sherak Adam has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Sherak started their career at ND SatCom as a Network Support Engineer, where they gained experience in commissioning and configuring satellite, microwave, RF, GSM, and Broadcast technology. Sherak then worked at NewSat as a Satellite Consultant, providing expertise in satellite operations. Sherak later joined Ericsson as a Voice Support specialist, performing network drive tests and providing on-site customer support. At SpeedCast, they held various roles, including NOC Engineer, NOC Manager, and Associate Operation Manager Pacific, where they managed the operation and customer support teams, implemented infrastructure, and coordinated hub migrations. Overall, Sherak has a strong background in network operations and customer support.

Sherak Adam obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunication Networks from the University of Technology Sydney from 2008 to 2010. In 2012, they earned a CCNP Certification in network routing and switching from Cisco, and also obtained a CCNA in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager from Cisco between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, Sherak Adam has obtained several certifications from Amazon, including AWS Advanced Networking Specialty in October 2021, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate in May 2020, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in January 2020.
