Vinay Gupta

Vinay Gupta has a strong track record of finance and business transformation roles. Currently, they are the Director of Finance Transformation & Financial Systems at Speedcast, where they lead a comprehensive finance transformation program aiming to optimize costs and drive value. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Global Business Applications at SI Group, where they focused on strategic enterprise systems such as SAP, Celonis, and BlackLine. Vinay also worked at Capgemini as a Senior Manager, leading a financial close competency development and conducting a maturity assessment for a Fortune 500 company. Earlier in their career, Vinay held managerial positions at Bristow Group, Mindspeed Technologies, Nestlé, and VP Gupta & Co, where they gained experience in financial and operational roles.

Vinay Gupta has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Finance from Oklahoma State University. Vinay is currently pursuing a Chief Digital Officer - leading transformation degree at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with an expected completion date in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Effective Leadership for Global Change and The Leader Within certifications from Kellogg Executive Education, as well as the BlackLine Partner Account Reconciliations Exam Badge from BlackLine. Vinay is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants.
