Tyrza Nanlohij

Tyrza Nanlohij is an experienced professional currently serving as Operations & Governance Lead at Speedinvest since August 2021, with prior roles as Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Before Speedinvest, Tyrza worked as Relationships Director at swiftscale from November 2017 to August 2021, successfully managing networks between enterprise tech scaleups and C-suite executives to facilitate meaningful connections and innovation discovery. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate position at Deloitte Digital, where involvement in a digital strategy transformation project took place, and establishing the HR department at OptioPay GmbH as Head of Human Resources. Tyrza holds multiple Master’s degrees in Management from ESCP Business School, Tongji University, and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, along with Bachelor’s degrees in International Business from the University of Groningen and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
