Paul D. Elia

Paul D. Elia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul D. began their career in 2004 as a Network and Sales Support Engineer at TAG Solutions, where they developed sales opportunities and provided technical support. Paul D. later worked at Send Word Now as a Customer Relationship Manager, responsible for strategic account support.

In 2008, Elia joined Novelis as a Supply Chain Analyst, performing analyses on customer demand and participating in cost control meetings. Paul D. also served as a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, leading Kaizen projects and delivering operational improvements aligned with company objectives.

Elia co-founded Innovelop, LLC in 2009, a fully agile business platform focused on developing trademarked and patented product concepts. Paul D. also managed Real Alloy (formerly Aleris) as an Operations Manager and Plant Operations Manager, overseeing production operations and driving improvement activities.

Most recently, Elia held the role of Vice President of Operations at Speedrack Products Group, Ltd. Paul D. previously served as the Director of Operations and Production Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for managing manufacturing sites, growing production volumes, and leading successful expansions.

Paul D. Elia completed their MBA in Leadership Management and Business Strategy at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they obtained a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on International Business and Spanish at The College of Saint Rose. In 2003, they also completed a minor in International Business & Foreign Language at The Center for Cross-Cultural Study / Spanish Studies Abroad. Additionally, Paul D. Elia has obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute in October 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Novelis in 2013, TWI Job Instruction Trainer from The Bilas Group, LLC in 2013, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Novelis in 2012.
