Inga Kotsiuba

Inga Kotsiuba is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Senior HRBP at Speedway Games, Inga previously held the position of Human Resources Lead at Whaleapp LTD, where responsibilities included tech recruiting, employee development, and retention programs. With prior leadership roles at notable companies such as Playtika and Aricent, Inga has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, competency mapping, and recruitment processes. Inga also has a solid foundation in promoting corporate culture and communication, as well as managing HR documentation. Inga is furthering academic credentials at the School of HRM and holds a Master's degree in Russian philology from Vinnitsa National Pedagogical University.
