Austen Mirner

Austen Mirner has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Austen started their career at James Walker as an HR Business Partner in a fixed-term contract. Austen then moved to Sonae Industria, where they served as an HR Business Partner responsible for delivering HR services to multiple sites. After that, Austen joined Speedy Services as an HR Business Partner, handling the full employee life cycle for 1300 employees. Austen then transitioned to a role at Rexel UK Ltd as a Senior HR Business Partner before returning to Speedy Services as the Head of HR Operations. Currently, they hold the position of People Director at Speedy Services.

Austen Mirner completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, Austen attended Belmont House School, where they pursued Highers in English, Maths, and Biology.
