Karl Williams

Karl Williams has a strong background in data engineering and analysis. Karl started their career at Lloyds Banking Group in 2007 as a SQL Analyst\\Developer, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining financial control databases and automated reconciliation software. Karl worked on enhancing BAU routines and identifying process improvements.

In 2011, Karl joined Speedy Services as a Lead Technical Data Analyst. Karl then moved into the role of Senior BI ETL Developer, where they delivered a project to transfer data from Microsoft Dynamics 2012 to a new SQL Server data warehouse, enabling end users to retrieve data via SSRS and SSAS tools. Karl later became a Senior Data Engineer and managed a team of data engineers. Their responsibilities included data migration into Microsoft Dynamics 2012, managing data extraction to the data warehouse, and supporting various migration and extraction interfaces. Currently, they are part of a project team tasked with migrating from on-premise Microsoft Dynamics 2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in the cloud.

From 2007 to 2009, Karl Williams attended Learning Tree International, where they obtained a certification as a SQL SERVER Application Development Certified Professional, focusing on SQL SERVER.
