Tom Kingscott

Tom Kingscott currently serves as the Transformation Portfolio Lead at Speedy Hire, where responsibilities include overseeing the Operational Excellence pillar of the Velocity strategy and managing a team to deliver significant projects such as Transport Optimisation and Automated Order Management. Previously, Tom held the position of Transformation Manager at Evri, where an ambitious fleet decarbonisation roadmap was developed. Prior consulting experience includes roles at KPMG UK and Deloitte, focusing on supply chain operations and strategy across various industries. Early career roles included positions as a Compliance Officer at UBS and a Settlement Specialist at J.P. Morgan. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath and participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Charles University.
