Kathleen began their career at Deloitte & Touche, where Kathleen held various positions including Audit Senior Manager. Kathleen later transitioned to Ruscilli Construction as CFO before joining Speer Mechanical in the same capacity. Kathleen graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
