Richard McPhee

Richard McPhee has a diverse work experience that demonstrates their expertise in project management and leadership. Richard is currently working as a Project Manager at Spees Design Build. Prior to that, they served in the US Army from 2013 to 2021, holding various roles including Assistant Operations Officer, Executive Officer, and Engineer Platoon Leader. In these positions, they successfully managed teams, completed complex projects, and ensured compliance with regulations. Richard has also completed the United States Army Captains Career Course and earned a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering from Missouri Science and Technology.

Richard McPhee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from 2017 to 2018.
