Renjini Girija

Renjini Girija has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Renjini is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Spektra Systems since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft from January 2016 to March 2020, holding the position of Business Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for defining the technical roadmap, leading reports and tool development, and converting business requirements to technical requirements.

Before joining Microsoft, Renjini worked as a BI Developer (contract) for Microsoft Worldwide Licensing and Pricing from January 2015 to August 2015. Renjini'sresponsibilities included data analysis, report development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for data sourcing.

From May 2014 to October 2014, they worked as a Senior QA/Data Analyst at Inviso Corp., where they were responsible for quality assurance of the SAM Workbench and the Retail Dashboard Application for Microsoft projects.

Renjini gained valuable experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test at REI from 2011 to 2013, where they ensured the quality of both mobile web and mobile applications for REI.

Renjini also worked at Schakra Inc. from 2009 to 2011 as a BI Developer, where they integrated data from various sources and provided business intelligence views. Additionally, they worked as an SDET at Schakra Inc. from April 2009 to September 2009, where they developed and tested web gadgets.

Before joining Schakra Inc., Renjini worked as a Web Application Developer at CyberSurfers from February 2007 to February 2008, where they were responsible for web application development, testing, and environment management for various projects.

Renjini kick-started their career as an Electronics and Communication Engineer, working on the Embedded Office Management System as an academic project at Ilahia College of Engineering & Technology from June 2002 to July 2006. The project involved designing and developing a fully automated system to control the requirements of an industrial area/offi ce.

Renjini Girija attended Ilahia College of Engg & Tech from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering & Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in VLSI from Doeacc, specializing in VLSI & Embedded Hardware Design.
