Amy O'Connor

Amy O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amy started their career as a Props Assistant at Channel 4, where they gained exposure to different departments within the production team. Amy then worked in the cinema industry, starting as a Relief Manager & Team Member at Everyman Media Group Ltd and later taking on roles such as Venue Dresser, Duty Manager, and Assistant Venue Manager. In these positions, they managed staff, organized digital projection, and forecasted ticket sales. Amy then transitioned to a role as a Shop Co-Manager & Finance Admin at Harringay Local Store, where they assisted in the opening and management of a new business and implemented processes to improve efficiency. In their most recent role as an Office Manager at Spektrix, they project managed an office move and improved office environments. Prior to that, they worked as an Office Coordinator, where they developed office policies and managed calendars. Overall, Amy O'Connor has a strong background in office management, administration, and team leadership.

Amy O'Connor completed their Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing at Norwich University of the Arts from 2006 to 2009. Amy then pursued a Short Course in Prop Making at Guildhall School of Music & Drama in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their A Level in English Literature, Film Studies, and Art at Peter Symonds College from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Amy has obtained several certifications, including Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms from LinkedIn in January 2021, as well as DSE Assessor Training Course from Worksafe (UK) Ltd in July 2018.
