Kyle Michael Tarbuck has a diverse work experience ranging from software engineering to visitor experience management in various organizations. Kyle Michael worked at Spektrix as an Apprentice Software Engineer, where they helped develop audiences, streamline business processes, and provide support and training to national and international arts and heritage partners. Prior to that, they worked at The Lowry as a Visitor Experience Team Leader, engaging with visitors, supervising the galleries team, and acting as a point of contact for queries and technical issues. Kyle Michael also served as a Galleries Interpreter and Gallery Assistant during their time at The Lowry. At the Museum of Science and Industry, Kyle held the role of Visitor Fundraiser Team Leader, managing the on-site visitor giving team, delivering consultation workshops, and achieving significant increases in donations and gift aid. Kyle Michael also worked as a Logistics Support Officer at the British Red Cross, providing support to ambulance support and event first aid teams, and ensuring quality control measures were met.
