Ashley Poole-Graham

Ashley Poole-Graham is an experienced BIM Manager at Speller Metcalfe since April 2011, leading the development of the BIM implementation plan and overseeing the technical integration of BIM in collaborative practices. Key responsibilities include advising clients on Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) and producing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Previously, Ashley worked as an Architectural Assistant and REVIT technician at Oceanarc Architects in Australia, focusing on REVIT projects ranging from bespoke residential builds to school refurbishments. Prior experience also includes an Architectural Assistant role at Eric Cole Ltd, contributing to diverse projects involving new builds and the restoration of listed buildings through architectural detailing, planning presentations, and coordination of drawing packages. Ashley holds an MSc in Sustainable Construction and a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from the University of Plymouth.
