Darryl Holloman

Darryl Holloman, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President for Student Affairs at Spelman College, a position held since March 2018. In this role, Darryl provides leadership across various student-centered areas, including the Office of the Dean of Students and Campus Wellness. Prior to this, Darryl held significant positions at Georgia State University, including Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, where responsibilities encompassed supervision of numerous staff members and management of multi-million dollar budgets. Additional experience includes roles at Columbus State University, Rutgers University - Newark, and a foundational period in the US Navy as an Intelligence Specialist. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies, a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources Development, and a Bachelor of Arts, all from Georgia State University. Notable accomplishments include securing substantial funding for various initiatives and overseeing significant construction projects.
