Greta Kelley

Greta Kelley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Spelman College since July 2006, Greta has demonstrated expertise in leading HR full cycle recruitment, performance management, and coaching. Previous roles include Corporate Regional Recruiter at Continuiti National Interim HR Staffing, where Greta streamlined HR integration for a major acquisition, and Southeast Regional Staffing and Leadership Development Manager at Cardinal Health, overseeing talent development for over 3,000 employees. Greta possesses strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, coupled with a solid educational foundation including a Master's in Adult Training and Education from the University of Oklahoma and Human Resources certification from Keller Graduate School of Management. Additionally, Greta has international experience in HR management from roles in Germany and the Netherlands.
