Tiana Tukes

Tiana Tukes is the founder of Tukes & Company, which began in January 2023, and also serves as a Board Member for the Mayor's LGBTQ Advisory Board in Atlanta since June 2024. In academia, Tiana is an Adjunct Professor of Economics and Special Consultant at Spelman College for the 2023-2024 term. Tiana founded LGBT+ VC in 2022 and was a Fellow-in-Residence at Silicon Valley Bank that same year. Previous roles include Venture Scout at BLCK VC, Senior Manager of Business Operations at Plume Clinic, and various positions at Accenture from 2017 to 2021, culminating in a role as Management Consultant. Tiana also gained experience as a Venture Fellow at Vencapital and a research extern at Sequoia Capital in 2020. Tiana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College.
