Alan Bobman

Alan Bobman is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in site selection, lease negotiations, and market strategy implementation. Currently serving as Division Vice President of Real Estate at Spencer's since September 2015, Alan directs new store research and lease renewals. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Real Estate at Spirit Halloween, and Vice President of Real Estate at Lane Bryant, where Alan led teams in identifying new store locations and performed site analysis for multiple retail brands. With earlier positions at Charming Shoppes and DDR Corp, Alan has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities throughout a career that began in 1984. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Insurance from Penn State University.
