Alan Stuart McIcm

Alan Stuart MCICM has a work experience spanning over several companies. Alan started their career at SThree in 1997 as a Credit Manager, where they were responsible for managing a team of 20-30 staff and collecting debts from all over the world. Alan implemented a decentralized approach to improve collaboration between the back office and front office functions. In 2007, they joined Hydrogen Group as the Head of Credit Management & Contract Payroll, where they worked until 2016. Finally, they joined Spencer Ogden in 2016, initially as a Commercial Finance Manager and later promoted to the role of Head of Sales Operations in February 2022.
