Courtney Bousfield

Courtney Bousfield is an experienced professional in learning and development within the energy sector, currently serving as the Learning and Development Team Lead for APAC at Spencer-Ogden since April 2017 and previously held the position of Regional Learning & Development Manager. Bousfield's tenure at Spencer-Ogden began in July 2012 as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant, focusing on tailored training programs for employees, while also possessing expertise as a Team Leader in Subsurface operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Cititec Associates, Senior Consultant focused on 3rd Party Applications at Hydrogen Group, and Contract Account Manager at Project Partners, alongside a sales role at Coca-Cola Bottling Company United.
