Matt Rawlins

Matt Rawlins is an experienced Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Ogden since January 2020, with a strong background in maritime roles including First Mate on M/Y euphoria and Bosun on M/Y Annastar. Prior experience includes serving as a Deckhand on M/Y Argyll and a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Real Staffing, specializing in the placement of Health Information professionals within the NHS and local government organizations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
