Shaylan Pamplin

Shaylan Pamplin, CPA, serves as the Financial Controller for North America at Spencer Ogden since December 2020. Prior to this role, Shaylan worked as a Financial Business Consultant at Robert Half, where expertise in finance, accounting, and project management was provided to clients. Previous experience includes the position of Controller at Smurfit Kappa, a leading FTSE 100 company in paper-based packaging, and various roles at Lloyd's Register, Toshiba, Orion Marine Group, and Aflac. Shaylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Lubbock Christian University, completed in 2005.
