Anastacia Negron

Anastacia Negron is an experienced professional in leadership advisory services, currently serving as an Associate at Spencer Stuart since July 2023, having progressed through roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst. Prior professional experience includes a position as an EXCEL Scholar at Lafayette College, where research was conducted for the Queer Archives Project. In various leadership roles at Lafayette, including Extended Orientation Leader and Co-Director of Onboarding, Anastacia facilitated the transition of first-year students and recruited new ambassadors. Additional roles include serving as a Senior Interviewer and President of SHEESH, promoting inclusivity on campus. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology & Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Lafayette College, complemented by a study abroad experience in Athens.
