George Craft

George Craft is a seasoned professional in financial services, currently leading Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services Practice in the Americas since September 2014, while also contributing to the firm's Private Equity, CEO, Financial Officer, and Boards practices. Prior experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where expertise was gained in various sectors including insurance and banking. George Craft also worked in strategy and business development at Cargill and had a significant role in public finance investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in municipal finance. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in US History and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
