Jason Ciesielka

Jason Ciesielka is a seasoned voice engineer with substantial experience in telecommunications. Since June 2006, Jason has been employed at Spencer Stuart, serving as a Senior Voice Engineer responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining voice services, particularly within Cisco Unified Communications systems and VoIP for international offices. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Voice and Data Engineer at Telcom Innovations Group from 2000 to 2006, where foundational skills in voice and data engineering were developed.
