Katie Hazen

Katie Hazen is a Project Analyst for the Global People Team at Spencer Stuart, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Katie spent nearly eleven years at SOS Children's Villages Illinois, where responsibilities included serving as the Quality Improvement & Training Manager, overseeing data collection, analysis, and management for programs, as well as leading improvement projects. Previous roles at SOS Children's Villages Illinois included Quality Improvement Coordinator and Grant Writer. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2010. Education was preceded by attending Marist High School in Chicago from 2003 to 2007.
