Laura Cotronei

Laura Cotronei is currently serving as the Director of People and Business, Americas at Spencer Stuart. Prior to this role, Laura founded Laura Cotronei Professional Development, LLC, where Laura specializes in providing leadership coaching services, particularly for working mothers. With a background in professional development and talent management, Laura has held leadership positions at Gartner, McKinsey & Company, Private Investment Management Company, Citigroup, Causeway Capital Management, and Lehman Brothers. Laura holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
