Michelle Silva

Michelle Silva is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in program management and technology operations. Currently serving as the Head of Program Management for Technology and Operations at Spencer Stuart since 2020, Michelle drives multi-year operational improvement initiatives and oversees the development of a new data warehouse and reporting system. Previously, in 2019, Michelle established M&A integration capabilities for the firm amidst a large-scale employee carve-out. Michelle's career spans various roles in management and IT consulting across respected organizations, including RGP, Bretford, SGK, Aon, and PeopleSoft/Oracle, with significant contributions to enterprise-level decisions and program management. Michelle holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield.
