Asad Murtuza

Asad Murtuza has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Asad is currently working as a Program Manager at Spencer Technologies since March 2023. Prior to this, Asad worked as a Consultant Council Member (Contractor) at GLG - Gerson Lehrman Group, providing guidance on project management, product development, engineering, and business fundamentals. Asad also served as a Project Manager at Evenflo Company, Inc. from August 2021 to February 2023.

Asad's experience also includes working as a Rapid Prototype Manager at Empire Prototype Development, where they led the Rapid Prototype department and business, delivering prototype assets from concept to physical 3D models. Asad was the Director of Product Development at Staples Brands Group, overseeing the development and management of private brand products and liaising with executives within the merchandising and Far East teams.

Asad has also had a notable tenure at Hasbro, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Project Management, Director of International Project Engineering, Lead Engineer of International Project Engineering, and Manager of International Project Engineering. Asad contributed to various aspects of project management and engineering, both domestically and internationally.

Asad began their career as a Product Design Engineer at Hasbro and later worked as a Senior Product Design Engineer at Tigerprint, focusing on toys, activities, and stationery product development. Asad holds a wealth of experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving product development throughout their career.

Asad Murtuza began their education at Croydon College from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Higher National Certification in Engineering Management. Following this, they attended London South Bank University from 1993 to 1997, earning a BSc (Honors) degree in Engineering Product Design.
