Rebecca Redstone has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rebecca'smost recent position was at Spencer Technologies, where they served as the VP of Operational Excellence. Prior to that, they worked as the New Client Onboarding Director at the same company.

Rebecca also held the role of Sr. Director of People & Culture at Spencer Technologies, where they directed multiple teams including HR, training, new business onboarding, and business process improvement. Additionally, they developed and integrated the organizational core values.

Prior to their consulting work, Rebecca served as the Help Desk Manager at Ryder Systems Inc, where they transitioned Help Desk services in-house and developed various systems and standards. Rebecca also worked as the Help Desk Supervisor and Duty Manager at the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Project for EDS and as the Help Desk Supervisor at Royal Bank Capital Markets.

Rebecca's early career started as the Operations Manager and Project Manager at Small Office Support Network (SOSNET).

Rebecca Redstone attended UCL from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Jewish History.
