Liz Smith

Liz Smith is an experienced professional in change management and instructional design with over two decades of expertise. Currently serving as the HCM – Organizational Strategy & Change Management Program Manager at FosterThomas since January 2003, Liz specializes in custom training solutions, both web-based and instructor-led. Liz has held various significant roles, including Change Management Lead at Spencer Thomas Group, where support is provided for a global HRIS software transformation, and Lead Instructional Design Consultant at SAP, managing eLearning projects. Prior experience includes roles at companies such as JONES LANG LA SALLE, AT&T, GE Power & Water, ADP, and Kantar, highlighting a strong background in designing training strategies and developing curriculum.
