Natalie Knight-Wickens

Natalie Knight-Wickens is a business lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently a Partner at Spencer West LLP since August 2020, Natalie assists entrepreneur, founder, and investor clients. In addition, Natalie serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Herts for Learning Ltd, UK’s largest not-for-profit schools company, focusing on education and women's empowerment in business. Previously, at Bates Wells & Braithwaite London LLP from April 2011 to August 2020, and McFaddens LLP from September 2007 to April 2011, Natalie gained extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, and commercial contracts. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of East Anglia and completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law.
