Alessia N. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Partnership and Talent Solutions at Spendesk since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading the People Partnership and Talent Solutions teams across the organization. Prior roles include Manager of People Partnership and Talent Solutions at H&M Group, and HR Business Partner for Business Tech at Two Sigma, supporting senior executives and corporate functions. Alessia also held various HR positions at Google, contributing to the Android platform and leading global onboarding initiatives. Earlier in the career, Alessia worked at Heineken in training management and at Maastricht University as a Communications Officer. Alessia possesses an MSc in (Neuro)Psychology from Maastricht University and attended UC San Diego for additional education.
